LUCKIN VEHICLE supply 40CBM 3 Axles Cement Bulk Tank Semi Trailer, which is specially designed for transportation of large quantities of dried dust materials, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, etc., whose particle diameter is not greater than 0.1mm. Powder Cement Bulk Tanker Trailers use pneumatic unloading. When the vertical height of the unloading reaches 15m, the horizontal conveying distance can reach 5m.

LUCKIN VEHICLE Cement Bulk Carrier Tanker Semi Trailer uses its own engine power to drive the vehicle-mounted air compressor through a power take-off (PTO). The compressed air is sent to the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipelines, then cement on the fluidized bed is suspended into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the fluidized cement flows through the pipelines for transportation after opening the unloading butterfly valve.

What Is a PTO Shaft?

Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft
